PSI Services SA, also based in Luxembourg, is acting as the preferred Administration and Calculation Agent offering services related to the structuring, setup and ongoing administration of Compartments.

PSI is very familiar with the regulatory environment of our investors (German Banking Act/Bank Supervision, Investment Regulation, Solvency II, Insurance Supervision Act, Foundation Supervision, Occupational Pension Schemes) and offers one stop solutions, that meets the initiators and investors needs under the given regulatory and legal framework.
