(the „Issuer“)
PSI Concepts SA, acting in the name and on behalf of its ANFL-Bonds gives notice to all holders of the ANFL-Bonds that PSI Concepts SA has been informally informed, that the Reference Promissory Note Issuer has decided to declare the Reference Promissory Note Issuer insolvent.
In accordance with paragraph 1.3 of the Terms of Issue, a credit event therefore could occur in the form of insolvency of the Reference Promissory Note Issuer.
The Issuer of the ANFL-Bonds will now take the necessary steps to gather further information and to potentially enforce claims against the Reference Promissory Note Issuer.
