PSI Concepts SA (the “Company”) gives notice to all holders of the PSI-Bonds that the PSI-Bonds are having an early maturity.
At 19th June 2026 the bonds will early mature and will be redeemed to the holders of the PSI-Bonds, including the accrued but unpaid interest until the 19.06.2026.
